People from all over the county were excited to join in the moment! Myriad items were inserted into the vault. Some were from organizations, but most were from everyday ordinary people.
Some items are funny (a pack of “weed” – I wonder what the statue of limitations is – and a demolished beer can). Some are sad (a letter to “future children” that did not stand the test of time). Some come from businesses (a blast from the past from Shank’s and other stores). Some come from well-known local historians (like Iona Harshberger Nale).
